MANILA, Philippines – Manila Mayor-elect Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Wednesday expressed hope that the commemoration of Eid’l Fitr or the end of the holy and fasting month of Ramadan would rekindle hopes for a more prosperous life for Muslims.

During the month of Ramadan, Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset as part of their religious tradition.
