MANILA, Philippines — Wilhelm “Billy” T. Miranda, father of INQUIRER.net video reporter Catherine Miranda, passed away on Sunday at the age of 71.
He is survived by his wife, Liza, and children, Cathy and Alfonso.

Wake will start on Monday at St. Peter Chapels, Molino Boulevard, Bacoor, Cavite. Interment is set on Thursday (June 6).
