MANILA, Philippines — Most of Northern Luzon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms due to a prevailing weather system.
A frontal system, or the merging of winds from the north and the Pacific, is generating the thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
The regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, and Cagayan will experience rainy weather.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers. (Editor: Cenon B. Bibe Jr.)
