Police said the SUV, an Isuzu M-Ux, first sideswiped a motorcycle driven by Remegio Bartolome, 39, which was then on the northbound lane of the road.

Losing control of his vehicle, SUV driver Mark Anthony Magat, 37, then hit Villanueva’s motorcycle, which was a few meters behind Bartolome’s.

Bartolome was also injured after his motorcycle crashed on the road.

Villanueva’s back ride and wife, Rosie Villanueva, 43, who was holding Prince Hennessy, is now being treated at a hospital in Tayug.
