MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and most parts of the country may experience a cloudy Wednesday with the possibility of rain, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its 4 a.m. forecast, Pagasa said Metro Manila might experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon may have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible, it added.
