‘Drug pusher’ dead in Camarines Norte buy-bust

NAGA CITY — A suspected drug pusher was shot and killed in a shootout with police during a buy-bust operation in Sta. Elena town, Camarines Norte province before dawn Thursday.

A police report said Gary Elemen pulled out a caliber-.45 gun after sensing he was transacting with police in a buy-bust in Barangay Poblacion around 3 a.m.

Police shot back and killed Elemen.
