/ 03:40 PM May 21, 2019

MANILA, Philippines — After the initial election results were released on the night of May 13, the next update did not arrive until seven hours later, leading many to believe that the results were possibly altered.

INQUIRER.net’s Neil Arwin Mercado reports poll watchdog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting’s (PPCRV) observations after checking the transparency server’s logs which recorded the server’s activity on the hours of the delay in hopes of providing a reason as to why the delay happened.  (Editor: Mike U.
