Warm on Monday but watch out for thunderstorms
MANILA, Philippines — Warm weather will prevail across the whole country but thunderstorms are still possible especially in the afternoon or evening, the weather bureau said Monday.
“Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country,” the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
The dominant weather system is southwesterly surface wind flow, a sign that the rainy season could be near.
No weather disturbance is expected in the next three days. (Editor: Cenon B. Bibe Jr.)
