Election returns from Metro Manila start arriving at PPCRV
MANILA, Philippines — Election returns from various polling precincts in Pasay, Makati, and Manila were delivered to the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) command center at the Pope Pius Compound in Manila on Monday night.

Volunteers brought the election returns around 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday. These will be sorted and segregated, and will be counted after a short program around 8:00 a.m.
PPCRV is given the original copies of the election returns as the accredited citizen’s arm for the May 2019 midterm elections. (Editor: Eden Estopace)
