ALBURQUERQUE, Bohol – Voting has resumed in a polling precinct at Toril Elementary School here Monday afternoon after it ran out of ballots for the midterm elections.

Affected voters waited for about two hours for the ballots to be delivered to Alburquerque town at 3 p.m on Monday or three hours before the end of voting hours.

Some voters waited outside the room for almost two hours while others opted to go home.

Marita Balleon, chairman of the Board of Election Inspectors, said at least 120 ballots intended for the town’s Barangay Toril were mistakenly delivered to Cordova, Cebu.   (Editor: Gilbert S. Gaviola)
