WATCH: Isko Moreno casts vote in Manila

MANILA, Philippines – Manila mayoral candidate Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso cast his vote early Monday morning at the Manuel L. Quezon Elementary School in Tondo.

Domagoso, who is up against incumbent mayor Joseph Estrada and former mayor Alfredo Lim, arrived at his precinct at 7:53 a.m.

Domagoso hopes that elections this year would be peaceful and urged the public to remain vigilant during the tallying of results.
