SC suspends work in all courts on May 13 for midterm polls

MANILA, Philippines–The Supreme Court has declared work suspension in all courts nationwide on Monday, May 13 for the midterm elections.

“In view of Proclamation No. 719, series of 2019 declaring May 13, 2019 as a special (non-working) holiday throughout the country for the National and Local Elections, there will be no work in all courts nationwide,” read the High Court’s advisory issued Friday morning. /muf
