1PACMAN YouTube video has over 3 million views
MANILA — A video posted by 1PACMAN or 1 Patriotic Coalition of Marginalized Nationals on YouTube video has already reached nearly 3.5 million viewers.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, 1PACMAN Rep. Mikee Romero said the viewership of the video entitled “May Mararating ang Pilipinas” shows the popular support the party list now enjoys from the public in general and voters in particular.
In the video, Romero states that able leadership will bring the country to its rightful place of prosperity and dignity for people. “Pag-asa at inpirasyon ang hangarin ko para sa lahat (Hope and inspiration is what I aspire for everyone.)”
He also cited his achievements in extending help to the needy, particularly in providing over 10,000 jobs and 5,000 scholarships.
Romero has been cited for paving the way for the modernization of the Manila North Harbor Port and the rollout of budget travel under AirAsia Philippines when he was still in the private sector.
Article continues after this advertisementAs a congressman, Romero initiated the 1PACMAN Scholarship Program that trained 12,000 students and provided 10,000 scholarships to TESDA.

The support of the public is not only seen in the YouTube video of 1PACMAN.
Senators Manny Pacquiao and Lito Lapid are leading the support for 1PACMAN. Basketball players like L.A. Tenorio, Scottie Thompson, and Mark Caguioa of Barangay Ginebra San Miguel; Beau Belga of Rain or Shine Elasto Painters; and Jayson Castro of TNT KaTropa also showed their support.
Volleyball players like Mika Reyes, Melissa Gohing, Cha Cruz, and Rachel Ann Daquis expressed their desire to see the party list back in Congress, as well as boxers Romero Duno and Reymart Gaballo.
Romero’s other achievements in Congress include initiation of 26 laws dedicated to sports, employment, and education, including the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act that gave opportunity to more Filipinos to study in college.
He was also one of the co-authors of the Free Wi-Fi in Public Areas Act, a law that was established to enable students to have free internet access in all public places.
He has also co-authored the Free Irrigation Services to All Farmers or R.A. 10969. This will increase the income of farmers as well as the production of agricultural crops.
