MANILA, Philippines — Fire broke out in a condominium in Parañaque City on Monday afternoon and has now reached general alarm, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) National Capital Region (NCR) confirmed.
Fire Officer II Hazel Sarmiento told INQUIRER.net the fire that started around 11:52 a.m. has already engulfed the 21st floor of Pacific Coast Plaza located in Brgy. Tambo, as of this posting.
General alarm was raised at 12:37 p.m., she added.
Sarmiento noted all districts in NCR deployed fire trucks to extinguish the ongoing blaze. /kga
