Cebu Pacific cancels flights until April 24 due to Clark airport closure

MANILA, Philippines — Cebu Pacific on Tuesday announced more flight cancellations following the closure of the Clark International Airport in Pampanga.

The airport incurred heavy damage after a 6.1-magnitude earthquake hit Metro Manila and parts of Luzon.

The airline company updated its list of cancelled flights, including flights on Wednesday, April 24.

Cebu Pacific said passengers whose flights were cancelled can either rebook their flights within 30 days from the original departure date for free, get a full refund, place the full cost of the ticket in a travel fund, or re-route to or from Manila for travel within 30 days depending on the availability of seats.

The airline added that it is cooperating with Clark International Airport authorities and are ready to extend any help when needed.  /muf
