WATCH: Quake sways Quezon City building

MANILA, Philippines — A building in Quezon City swayed as a magnitude 6.1 earthquake rocked parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila on Monday afternoon.

Arbby Domingo, who was on the 38th floor of his condominium, took a video of the swaying building.

The building is near Mezza Residences on Aurora Boulevard in Quezon City.
