Duterte ‘not feeling well,’ skips Boao forum in Taguig
MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte skipped the Boao Forum for Asia Manila Conference on Monday because he was not feeling well, Malacañang said.
“He is not feeling well because of his punishing schedule plus his campaign sorties,” presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo told reporters in a text message.
Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea represented the President at the forum

The President was supposed to grace the forum attended by Filipino and Chinese businessmen.
