DID YOU KNOW: LTO apprehensions in 2018 totaled 679,135

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) handled a total of 679,135 apprehensions in 2018, according to the latest report released by its statistics section.

The figure was 6 percent higher compared to the 640,455 apprehensions it handled in 2017.

The LTO handled 8,065 apprehensions in Metro Manila in 2018. —Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
