MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte has mocked singer Jim Paredes, one of his most vocal critics, for having a small penis.

“Tapos itong Jim Paredes, immoral daw ako. Ipinakita niya ‘yung ot**n niya sa… T*** i** ang liit pa, ganun. Sa totoo lang (Jim Paredes says I’m immoral. He showed his penis [in a video], it’s small),” the President said in a speech during the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) rally in Bacolod City.

The President admitted he was foul-mouthed but had never engaged in acts like what Paredes did.

“The video was real. It was private, and not meant for public consumption,” Paredes said.

In a speech during the PDP-Laban campaign rally in Palawan on April 4, the President said he would cut off his penis in front of the altar if God had given him a small one.  /muf
