MANILA, Philippines — Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. on Tuesday gave a piece of his mind on whether presidential son Paolo Duterte should show his tattoo allegedly linking him to illegal drug activities.
“I won’t even show our notes verbale regarding China, tattoo ko pa? Manigas na silang lahat. It is a matter of honor never to accommodate enemies” Locsin said in a tweet.

A series of videos uploaded on social media by a certain “Bikoy” claimed that the younger Duterte has a tattoo on his back which he uses as a code to receive drug money ranging from P20 million to P30 million.
Following the release of the video, the opposition has called on Duterte’s son to show the alleged tattoo to address the issue.
Locsin, however, said that if he were in Duterte’s shoes he would not personally show his tattoo.
The Foreign Affairs chief earlier revealed that the country’s diplomatic protest, or note verbale, filed against China over the reported surge of Chinese maritime militia vessels around Pag-Asa Island in the South China Sea would not be made public.
