CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — A man from Marawi City was charged here for allegedly possessing P2.1-million worth of shabu (crystal meth), a belated police report showed.

Johaiver Hadjiamen, 39, was nabbed by police in Mabalacat City in a buy-bust operation in front of a large grocery in Barangay Dau last April 5.

Hadjiamen, also known as Dacula, moved to Barangay Balibago in Angeles City, according to Lt. Col. Maharlika Oscal Villasis, Mabalacat City polie chief.

“He’s a courier,” Villasis said of the suspect who was charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The shabu was in a large plastic package and 13 small sachets, police said.
