“‘Yang Naia na ‘yan ‘pag hindi kayo nag-improve diyan, magtake-over diyan Air Force. ‘Yan lang ang paraan diyan,” Duterte said during PDP-Laban’s campaign rally in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
