MANILA, Philippines — The tail-end of a cold front is expected to bring rains in northern and central Luzon, the weather bureau said on Saturday.

Metro Manila, the Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley Region, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a cold front, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 a.m. bulletin report.
