5 drug pushers nabbed in Legazpi City buy-busts

LEGAZPI CITY – Anti-narcotics operatives arrested five alleged illegal drug personalities in separate drug operations here late Tuesday afternoon, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said Wednesday.

Emmanuel Lopes, Harvey Manibog, Henry Jacob Jr. and Michael Millena, were arrested in a raid conducted by PDEA operatives in a cock farm, which was believed to be used as a drug den, in Sunrise Subdivision, Barangay Cruzada at 4:40 p.m., said Cotton Talento, PDEA Bicol spokesperson.


Recovered from the four were 15 sachets of suspected shabu
(crystal meth) weighing 15 grams worth P102,000.

In another operation, John Louie Cedeno was caught selling shabu worth P340,000 in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Baybay at 5:15 p.m., Talento said.


Cedeno is a high-value drug pusher included in the PDEA watch list.
