Plane crashes in Nueva Ecija, 2 passengers survive

The Cessna training plane remains intact after it crash landed on a rice field in Nueva Ecija  Monday morning. The pilot and student pilot  survived the accident. PHOTO BY ARMAND GALANG

MANILA, Philippines – A training aircraft crashed Monday morning on a rice field in Talavera, Nueva Ecija.

Based on initial investigation of Talavera police, the Cessna plane crashed  in Barangay Homestead due to engine failure at around 7 a.m.

The pilot and student-pilot  survived the crash and were brought to hospital.
