19-year old girl shot in the head in Digos

DIGOS CITY – A 19-year old girl was rushed to hospital after she was shot by a gunman at about 1:45 a.m. Thursday.

Supt. Deozar Almasa, city police director, identified the victim as Berna Jane Obiena Dillo, married, of Purok Tangigue, Barangay Dawis.

Police said Dillo was at the front gate of their house when the perpetrator shot her in the head.

She had just arrived from the videoke bar owned by her mother in Barangay San Jose and was on her motorcycle when the attack occurred.

She was rushed to a hospital by her family and was in serious condition. /cbb
