Fire hits clothing warehouse in QC

MANILA, Philippines — A fire broke out at a warehouse in Quezon City on Wednesday morning, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.

Senior Fire Officer 3 Wilson Bautista of BFP Quezon City told INQUIRER.net that the fire engulfed a clothing warehouse along Gregorio Araneta Avenue in Talayan Village at 10:50 a.m.

Bautista said that the fire reached the first alarm but was immediately put out at 11:15 a.m.

The said establishment was reported to be located in front of Philadelphia High School.

Investigation is still underway regarding the amount of damages and the cause of the fire. /je
