Duterte appoints new set of gov’t officials

MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte has filled up vacancies in several government agencies.

The appointment papers of the following were signed on Feb 15, 2019:

Rafaelita Mercado Aldaba, Undersecretary, DTI
Allan Co Geronimo, Deputy Commissioner, BOC, Department of Finance
Ricardo Cachero Banayat, Deputy Director General, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Department of Transportation
Maridon Onda Sahagun, Assistant Secretary, Department of Science and Technology (DOST)
Samer Musa Allong, Commissioner, representing youth sector, National Commission on Muslim Filipinos
