PITX offers free shuttle service from Pasay to Parañaque

PITX offers free shuttle service from Pasay to Parañaque

MANILA, Philippines — The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) would offer free rides to the public from Pasay City to its terminal in Parañaque City.

In an advisory, the PITX said that it would grant free shuttle service from the Mall of Asia to its terminal in Parañaque City on weekdays.

The buses will transfer commuters from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on a daily basis.

PITX said the buses were lent by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the Philippine Coast Guard.

The PITX bus terminal was inaugurated on November 5, 2018, and was dubbed as the first “landport” in the country.

It houses transportation bays for buses, jeepneys, and UV Express shuttles to and from Cavite and other destinations south of Metro Manila, as well as commercial spaces and office buildings.

Provincial buses without city operation permits are also not permitted to go beyond PITX. /ee/ac
