MANILA, Philippines — Classes in all levels are suspended in San Juan City on Jan. 30 due to “expected traffic congestion” due to the closure of some streets.

“There is a scheduled medical mission and religious activity in the vicinity of N. Domingo Street, F. Blumentritt Street, and Pinaglabanan Street,” an executive signed Mayor Guia Gomez explained.

“The expected attendance of all sectors in the said activity will result in traffic congestion in the area and this [may] expose the school children to difficulty in going to their respective destinations.” /atm
