WITH their aim to penetrate the local market fast, a Cebu-based health drink firm will officially enter into direct selling pegging sales to end at P30 million this year.
According to Organique, Inc. that distributes Acai Berry health drink line in the country vice president Catherine Salimbangon, they will soon be taking out their products from existing retail outlets to focus on the direct selling marketing and sales scheme to officially start this month.
“We have constant buyers already in Cebu and other areas in the country who have always asked us how they can earn when they refer new customers. So we formulated a good program for them to earn,” said Salimbangon.
According to Salimbangon, the company sells about 3,000 one-liter bottles a month through their retail distribution outlets including Watsons and Health Express.
With the direct selling scheme, Salimbangon said that they expect the numbers to increase by 75 percent or at least 10 thousand bottles a month.
Salimbangon said that they will be holding a “Wellness Event” to introduce the direct schelling option to their customers on December 12 at Cafe Laguna.
“At present, we have already about 50 direct sellers and members nationwide. With our existing clientele, we are optimistic that we can easily grow these numbers,” said Salimbangon. Reporter Aileen Garcia-Yap
