Drug suspect killed in Laguna buy-bust
SAN PEDRO CITY — An alleged drug pusher was killed in a police operation in Biñan City, Laguna on Tuesday.
In a text message, Senior Supt. Eleazar Matta, Laguna police chief, identified the slain suspect as Dennis Abaliare, alias “Rambo,” who was in the police watchlist for illegal drug pushers.
He said the police conducted the buy-bust operation in Purok 4, Barangay Malabanan around 6 p.m.

An initial police report stated that the suspect had engaged operatives in a shootout during the sting operation.
Authorities said they recovered a .38 caliber gun from the suspect and suspected shabu (crystal meth) worth around P500. /ee
