LOOK: For some devotees, it’s bring your own Black Nazarene icon

MANILA, Philippines — Replicas of the Black Nazarene were brought by thousands of devotees to Quiapo as the church celebrates Traslacion 2019.

Small images of Black Nazarene were spotted along the route of the procession while devotees await the arrival of the carriage that carries the icon.

Several people were also seen selling Black Nazarene printed shirts at the side of the road.

According to the last crowd estimate of the Quiapo police, at least 600,000 devotees have gathered in the vicinity of Quiapo Church.
