Metro Manila, nearby provinces to experience light to moderate rains
MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and nearby provinces will experience rains within the next two to three hours, the weather bureau said on Monday afternoon.
In an advisory issued at 1:13 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija and Quezon will experience light to moderate rains, with occassional heavy rains.

Pagasa earlier said the northeast monsoon or “amihan” is expected to bring cloudy skies and rains over parts of the country on the last day of 2018. /ee
