Only 428 passengers still stranded at various ports — Coast Guard

MANILA, Philippines — The number of stranded passengers at various ports in the country due to inclement weather brought about by the low pressure area (formerly Tropical Depression “Usman”) continues to dwindle, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said.

As of 4 p.m. on Sunday, the PCG recorded only 428 individuals still stranded in ports:

National Capital Region-Central Luzon – 280
