MANILA, Philippines — Davao Occidental was rocked by a magnitude 4.3 earthquake on Wednesday evening, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
In its initial earthquake bulletin, Phivolcs said the earthquake was spotted 74 kilometers east of Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental at 9:34 p.m.
The earthquake of tectonic origin, had a depth of 56 km.
Phivolcs said no aftershocks and damage could be expected from the earthquake. /atm
