MANILA, Philippines – One person was reportedly injured after a dump-truck fell on its side along Commonwealth Avenue early Wednesday,
According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Metrobase, the truck involved in the accident was loaded with soil.
This prompted the traffic agency personnel to clear the soil that scattered along the road using shovels and pails.
The truck helper, which has yet to be identified, suffered abrasions following the accident that happened along Commonwealth Avenue at the corner of Luzon Avenue in Quezon City at 2:57 a.m.
The truck was already removed from the incident area but traffic remained heavy.
The Metrobase said that the tail-end of traffic had reached LITEX as of 7:25 a.m. /cbb
