2 suspected drug pushers nabbed in Lucena

LUCENA CITY – Police and drug agents arrested two suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation here Saturday night, police said.

Local police operatives and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) agents collared Jerwin Floro and Domingo Broquesa after the two sold “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in Barangay (village) Ibabang Dupay around 10 p.m., Lucena police chief Supt. Reydante Ariza said in a report.


Seized from the suspects were total of 5.46 grams of shabu with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P10,100. Police also confiscated a motorcycle without a plate number believed being used by the suspects in their illegal drugs distribution.

Police tagged both suspects as notorious drug pushers who sold shabu in the village. /je
