2 suspected drug pushers fall in Lucena City buy-bust

LUCENA CITY – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Lucena City early Friday.

Anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Vicente Pureza, 58, and Earnest Evan Salibio, 37, after the two sold “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover policeman in Barangay (village) 7 around 2 a.m. Lucena police chief Supt. Reydante Ariza said in a report.

The suspects yielded five sachets of shabu weighing 10 grams estimated to be worth P68,000. DELFIN T. MALLARI JR.
