Fire hits industrial building in Valenzuela City

A fire of still unknown origin erupted at an industrial area in Brgy. Rincon, Valenzuela City Tuesday morning, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.

Fire Officer I Ryan Ed Tullo told INQUIRER.net that the fire razed an industrial building along Planters Street, Brgy. Rincon was caught on fire at 8:32 a.m.

According to the BFP, the fire reached third alarm at 8:55 a.m.

Firefighters are still at the scene as of posting time. Some 16 fire trucks were sent to the site to help extinguish the fire.

Damage caused by the fire has also yet to be determined by investigators, the BFP said.  /muf
