DID YOU KNOW: Metro Manila has most HIV cases in September 2018

Based on the latest data from the Department of Health, Metro Manila posted the highest number of new human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cases in September among all regions.

Of the 954 new HIV cases registered nationwide, 28 percent or 266 were from the National Capital Region followed by Calabarzon with 15 percent or 141 cases and Central Luzon with 11 percent or 104 cases. —Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
