Fire hits residential area in Cebu City

CEBU CITY – A fire engulfed a residential area in Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City.
The blaze was reported at 10:40 a.m. Some 12 minutes later, it was placed under task force alpha, to mobilize firefighters from neighboring local governments.

Chief Inspector Noel Nelson Ababon of the Bureau of Fire Protection-Cebu City, said the fire razed houses and a mosque based on their initial report.
