Duterte promotes Mans Carpio’s brother to DA undersecretary

President Rodrigo Duterte has promoted Department of Agriculture (DA) Assistant Secretary Waldo Carpio, brother of his son-in-law Manases “Mans” Carpio, as the new undersecretary of the agency.
Duterte signed Waldo’s appointment paper on Tuesday. Malacañang released the document on Thursday.

In September last year, Duterte appointed Waldo as DA assistant secretary.
