Pagasa sees 2 storms hitting PH in December

Up to two cyclones are expected in the country this December, the weather bureau said Wednesday.

Weather specialist Chris Perez made the forecast as he reported that the low-pressure area (LPA) that used to be Tropical Depression “Tomas” continued to move away from the country.

The LPA was last spotted 1,335 kilometers east-northeast of Basco, Batanes, and would either be out of the PAR or dissipate within the day.
