Fire destroyed 50 houses in Kingspoint Subdivision in Barangay Bagbag in Quezon City on Saturday afternoon, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
The fire affected around 100 families.
Fire Officer 3 Froilan Dalay said fire started on Katipunan Street in Kingspoint Subdivision in Barangay Bagbag, Quezon City.
Firetrucks got to the site when the fire reached its first alarm at 4:13 p.m. A minute later, it was raised to second alarm. At 4:25 p.m., the fire escalated to third alarm.
As of this posting, the fire is still ongoing. /atm
