2 suspected drug pushers killed inside Pasay Public Cemetery

Two suspected drug pushers were killed in an alleged shootout with the police inside the Pasay City Public Cemetery Tuesday night.

An initial report from the Southern Police District (SPD) said the police received a report from a concerned citizen about the presence of pushers engaged in selling illegal drugs inside the cemetery.

Police responded to the area but the suspects allegedly opened fire upon seeing the officers, the report said. Police retaliated, killing the two.

Recovered from the scene were sachets of suspected “shabu,” a caliber 45 and a caliber 22 pistol. /cbb
