Cebu Pacific cancels 2 domestic flights due to ‘Samuel’
The Cebu Pacific has canceled domestic flights scheduled on Tuesday due to the Tropical Depression “Samuel.”
As of 12 p.m., the airline said the following flights are canceled because of unfavorable weather conditions:
