National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) consultant Vic Ladlad will be transferred to the Metro Manila District Jail (MMDJ) in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said Friday.

The QCPD said Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 93 has approved the transfer of custody of Ladlad and a companion, Alberto Villamor, from the Quezon City Police District Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit to the jail facility in the headquarters of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO)

Meanwhile, Virginia Villamor, also one of Ladlad’s companions, was committed to the Quezon City Female Dormitory inside Camp Karingal.

Ladlad and the Villamors were arrested last November 8 for alleged illegal possession of firearms.

They were collared in Novaliches, Quezon City by combined police units from the NCRPO and Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).
