CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN – Two Chinese nationals were arrested on Tuesday (Nov. 6) following a raid that led to P200-million worth of allegedly counterfeit cigarettes and tax stamps, according to a belated police report on Thursday (Nov. 8).

The Bureau of Customs arrested Philip Uy Co and Le Xing Xu when the agency conducted a 3:15 p.m. search at the Sterling Industrial and Warehouse Park in Barangay (village) Iba, said Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna, Bulacan police director.
