Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Balagtas said this is perhaps because of the long weekend ahead.

Balagtas again reminded visitors to the Manila Memorial Park not to bring prohibited items inside.

Police is also urging visitors to be cooperative in the conduct of security checks on their their bags and other belongings if they are going inside the cemetery.  /muf
